Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at info@Allies4All.com for assistance, and we will do our best to help you. Unworn and unaltered merchandise you would like to exchange or receive store credit for must be sent back to Allies 4 All LLC. within 14 business days of receipt of the product (s). Items must be in their original condition and packaging (all tags must be attached). Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please email us for a return authorization request at info@Allies4All.com and include the reason for the exchange prior to shipping out the item. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges at any time. Allies 4 All is not responsible for return shipping and handling fees and/or lost returns.

Once we received your product(s), please allow approximately 14 days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your exchange or store credit has been processed. If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment once it has been processed.

 

Please note that damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted. Any exchange that does not meet the above criteria and 14-day deadline will be sent back to the customer.

All gift cards and sale items are final sales and not available for refund or exchange.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We use ground shipping, and it can take up to 3-7 days. If you do want the item sooner, please contact us via email. When you place an order, there is a flat rate of $5. If you spend $50 or more, the shipping is free.
